New games not showing in library #63

About 24h ago, I activated a game in my account (Getting Over It With Bennett Foddy), but it still doesn't show in my library. I've tried loging out and back in, forcing a hard refresh, clearing out cookies, but nothing did the trick.

Is this supposed to happen?

Hello @MakoSipper Libraries are refreshed every 24h. But I see that your library has not refreshed since last 05/10 19:50, even when you have logged if several times again.

This might be a bug and we will take a look at it with high priority.

Maybe I've been accessing it so much? Maybe it needs like 24h with no activity? Not sure if it makes any sense, just coming up with hypotheses. I've mixed A LOT with SB over the last 2 days...

Hello @MakoSipper

Thanks to your feedback we have located a bug where logging out and logging in again would change the "updated at" flag of the account and reset the 24h span, forcing the user to wait 24h again after that second login.

This should be solved now, and logging out and in again won't reset the 24h lock.

In next year we want to implement a supporter tier yearly plan that will allow users to refresh their library on demand, without having to wait that 24 hours. (among other things).

I confirm my library was now updated.
