Scraping games are being deleted #66

Some games are not scraped correctly and are being deleted from database. Some games are games removed from Steam, while others are active games.

This usually happens for games that have been removed from Steam, or because the Steam API is down while scraping.

The scraper has been updated since this issue, and all games are updated periodically. Also, all deleted games are checked for false removes periodically as well.
