Reverse sorting #70

Should be able to reverse sort by playtime, so all the games I haven't played 
come up at the top of the list. That was the whole point in me wanting to come 
to a site called "Steam Backlog"

In the new Backlog filters already implemented in discover weekly, genre page and profile library pages, every filter can be sorted ascending and descending.

The new beta browser page at https://steam-backlog.com/app/beta can already sort by ascending or descending, and will be released in a month or two
