Description

Cannot edit notice

How to reproduce (재현 불가능 한 경우 '재현 불가능'이라고 적어주세요)

  1. login
  2. write a notice
  3. submit notice
  4. revist the submitted notice
  5. enter edit mode
  6. edit
  7. submit modifications
  8. no response

CRITICAL Needs to be fixed before release
