did you also try signin on normal browser on your phone? what happens there
I can sign in successfully with my normal browser (Kiwi Browser).
I've decided to stop using Diaspora for other reasons, so this won't be an issue anymore.

I suppose you're right. I just wasn't sure if this was just an issue on my end, or affects others as well.
hi there, I've the same issue on my side. To test your app, i cancel my account's 2FA : it works !

I can confirm that this is still an issue. Any idea when this may be resolved?
Then when somebody works on this issue. I don't really work on the project currently, and I am all alone in the project currently.
So there are like ~10 people that already mentioned this or commented here on GitHub, still nobody has taken action - to develop it, make fixes and send a PR.
So, people that request it, don't wait for others to do what you could do - because it may not happen. This is not a commercial software you pay money for, so don't expect that kind of support.
What I can do is simply to confirm the issue still exists, in case anyone reading this is competent enough to propose a PR.
