handAffManager: easier way to switch between whole/top/bottom parts processing #15

Make this switch easier (e.g., via a parameter or RPC call) instead of hardcoded in the code like in https://github.com/gsaponaro/robot-affordances/commit/32be7def368a7b9cf603c25b905e8457fe4d9bda
