NT AUTHORITY\СИСТЕМА russian localization name for NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM shows as ╤╚╤╥┼╠└ NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE shows as SYSTEM https://www.online-decoder.com/ru converted it from ibm437 to windows-1251

What happens when you use the unicode build? -DUNICODE -D_UNICODE

I am using choco distributed binary.

I know. Try to build it with unicode support and tell me if it still looks like garbage.
