new fields for SRS requested #153

I would like to request the addition of two new fields for literature markup and SRS fields. Both concern paleontology. The fields are: materialsCitation/geologicalContext (used for the geological period of a fossil) materialsCitation/preparations (used to describe the elements present from an incomplete fossil, such as a skull, teeth, or vertebrae) @gsautter @myrmoteras

The geological period should not be all too much of a problem if you provide me a respective thesaurus or lookup list. The present element are most likely a little more tricky, as those terms likely differ between taxonomic groups. But we can start with what you now or can gather, and then extend from there.

Adding this to the stats is not a problem at all once we are tagging the two fields. Adding it to the TreatmentBank search form, on the other hand, might turn out a little tricky, as the materials citation part of the form is pretty cramped already. Lets discuss this - maybe we can remove one or two of the other search fields.
