in this very large monograph (>1GB IMF file) FFBCFFC3E307FF91FFE2FFA5B93CFF85 the figureCitation do not show up in TreatmentBank. see eg

is this because it takes a lot of time to process this, and I have to wait over an hour, or is there a problem?

Could be some of the figures didn't make it ... sampling through the treatments, I've found a good few figure citations that don't have an HTTP URI ...

I've triggered a re-upload, and looking at the console output, a good few figures go up for the first time. Not sure what went wrong on your upload, but it should be OK now.
