OK, this is a new one ... I guess for now we simply need to pick one, and RefParse will use the first in the attributes. Why does anyone put two URLs in a reference anyway? Two ways of accessing the same publication?
This one is strange in other regards as well: Why is there both a journal name ("Flora of China") and a publisher ("Science Press, ...")? Isn't it pretty unusual to specify the publisher on a journal article? Would you list "Pensoft" when citing a ZooKeys"?
The best was of going about this for now most likely is to regard everything up to the pagination as the "core" reference consisting of the required attributes for a journal article reference, and everything from "Science Press" onward as additional information. In the latter part, we'd only mark attributes not present in the core reference. What do you think?
