Well, I see ... the "Remarks" are surely not an MC. There actually is a filter on inline headings, but here we unfortunately have fully fledged headings. Soon as we have a template that assigns subSubSection types based upon these very headings, we'll have such cases filtered out.

Regarding the very first paragraph after the taxon, I'm not even sure myself ... it surely is a treatment citation (and thus of type ref_group), but it also includes a type locality. What to make of this?
