Another weird one, I'm afraid ... just ran this PDF, both with "Render Glyphs Only" and with "Decode Unmapped", and the characters come up just fine, including the small-caps in the bibliographic citations.

Most likely another one I'll have to test on your machine, as these font issues don't seem to arise anywhere else.

@gsautter please don't give these issues priority right now. I am just working on establishing the list of journals to be included in Arcadia. So you can get back on them later, once your priorities (server, template engine, plant FAT, etc) is done
