Remove Bootstrap Class #45

Remove some Bootstrap Classes

In the course page, we were using either show/hide or open/close. But unfortunately, both show and close are already bootstrap classes so we can't use any. I have looked in the bootstrap file and it's not feasible to remove any class. We are now changing our class names to something else.
