For #48 The course page has Syllabus & Resources. One of them is kept open and the other one close to view the styling. I'll create an issue for the working of expanding & shrinking. However, there is a minor bug on hovering (figure it out ;) ). I'm not able to solve it using HTML & CSS. If anyone can do this, please try to do after approving (this PR is required to start functionality) and creating a new issue. I don't think we should use JS for this.

No one try to resolve conflict. @tichnas will do it

The card html is outdated in this. I'll reopen PR after updating... Sorry.
