For #48
The course page has Syllabus & Resources. One of them is kept open and the other one close to view the styling.
However, there is a minor bug on hovering (figure it out ;) ). I'm not able to solve it using HTML & CSS. If anyone can do this, please try to do after approving (this PR is required to start functionality) and creating a new issue. I don't think we should use JS for this.
Further work needed (I'll create an issue for each one of them):
