this would not be possible for fsh - use pastebin, your FS notepad, e-mail, or just carry a text file around with you on a usb key.

Thanks Paul, but I haven't copied or pasted any settings, I am trying to find the .js file or whatever file it is that stores the FSH seetings for me on my PC, then I can copy that file or folder gladly but I just need to know where to find it on my hard drive, where does FSH store my settings on my PC ... then i can copy them ... eeeeekkkkk do I make sense now :o)

they are not stored anywhere on your hard-drive that you would be able to find.

go to your settings page, and at the bottom you will see a url to export the settings. copy / paste text from / in there.
