I am unable to reproduce. It may be related to something that clears browser history? Do other settings in your browser get reset or just FSH?

Make sure that the problem is indeed due to Fallen Sword Helper / Sigma Storm Helper, by disabling Greasemonkey completely (by clicking on the monkey icon) and refreshing, before submitting a defect.

I change my preferences and save them and they last for about 24 hrs, and then revert to default. for example I make the max group size to join 50 and it stays that way for about a day, and then i'll log in and it's back to 11 and I didn't change it. I also made my preference from conservative to adventurous, and it changed that back at the same time. won't keep new settings. I have changed them on my wife's laptop running windows 7, and on mine running windows 8, and the result is the same.
