Noteworthy changes in this release:

Generator from Clafer to Choco3
Generator from Clafer to Python
[i283] running multiple generators in a single compilation
[i290] producing meta-data in JSON files .cfr-map and .cfr-scope. Fully-qualified names, least-partially-qualified names, unique IDs.
