Lower case time abbreviation #1

As per https://standardebooks.org/manual/1.6.2/single-page#8.11.3.2, "A.M." and "P.M." should be "a.m." and "p.m.", in both chapter-1 line 4 and 10, and toc line 20.

Line 4 and 10 and toc are titlecase. This is why a.m. and p.m. are capitalized.

Emma may have said that AM and PM should be capitalized in title case situation, but maybe check with Alex just to be sure?
