job results page does not load correctly when specific job id is not given #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load the results.html page without the job id in the url

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List of jobs should load, and specifics on a particular job will not load.  
Current issue is that the list of jobs does not load.
