Test stoping and Killing of Jobs and Expose in UI #46

Need to make sure that stopping and killing of jobs is working well as have had 
some strange reports from users of resulting cluster instability which may be 
due to hadoop running at the same time or may be a golem bug.

It should also be exposed in the ui (with authentication).
