additional fields in "Data Table" view

there are additional columns from the pairwise analysis that are being loaded 
up into the database but are not shown in the "Data Table" view of the 
associations -- please have the database query return all available fields and 
have them displayed in the table view

if someone (Jake?) can add a comment to this feature request with the list of 
the names of the fields that are stored in the database for each pairwise 
association, we can decided which ones to show in what order, etc

The additional pairwise association results are stored as the following mv 
column:
correlation,num_nonna,logged_pvalue,bonf_fac,logged_pvalue_bonf,num_nonna_f1,log
ged_pvalue_f1,num_nonna_f2,logged_pvalue_f2,rho_score
