Implement a guided walkthrough with an example analysis that explains the 
workflow in the application.

Pop-up tooltips
hover tooltips
external content (snapshots + markup + explanation)

video examples (short)

video tutorial (long)

Possibly add a menu option for choosing to use/hide guided analysis tools.
