After building a Sagehen watershed from scratch (watershed tool in Arc using a newly downloaded DEM), the crt_fill script throws an error because it can't find the OUTFLOWHRU point, as it is an inactive cell. Not sure if this is because the watershed boundary doesn't include enough of the cell or what, but it seems like we just need to add a check that makes all cells containing model points are set to active....
