Add the capability to set and use bookmarks. #48

Currently the DaisyPlayer uses an automatically maintained bookmark to keep 
track of where the user finished listening to their audio DAISY book. DAISY 
supports bookmarks that users can create and use. We want to add a 
user-interface and the capability that allows users to create, navigate to, and 
delete bookmarks.

The initial version is likely to be limited to textual labels (entered using a 
keyboard or equivalent capability e.g. Tekla switches, on-screen keyboards, 
etc.)

My current intention is to adapt concepts from the DAISY 3 specification when 
designing the file structure we will use. Doing so should reduce the effort 
required when we finally add support for DAISY 3 books.
