Fix "report an issue" button #36

"Report an issue" button on https://gsganden.github.io/model_inspector/ points to https://github.com/gsganden/model_inspector/tree/main/issues/new instead of https://github.com/gsganden/model_inspector/issues/new, gives a 404.
