Assertion when parsing invalid cue sizes on malformed webm files #987

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to parse attached file with libwebm sample app

What is the expected output? 
No cues loaded or Invalid file format 

What do you see instead?
libwebm/mkvparser.cpp:2185: void mkvparser::Cues::Init() const: Assertion `(pos 
+ size) <= stop' failed.

What version are you using? On what Windows version?
git head
