Riders birthdate/age #2

I wanted to do some analysis on rider's age distributions across races. I noticed that this info seems to be unfortunately absent from dotwatcher.

Maybe we could find the info elsewhere ? or ask dotwatcher ?

Found some age (and bike) info in https://dotwatcher.cc/features/bikes-of

We would need to scrape and merge this data (when present) with the race data.
