Persistent registry #32

Check if we could you something like hostPath PV to make the registry persistent.

FYI I'm experimenting with a local NFS server on the same machine of OpenShift, as the documentation seems to indicate that NFS is supported better than hostPath (see here for example https://docs.openshift.org/3.9/install_config/persistent_storage/persistent_storage_nfs.html )
