@gsingers I think is ready - inline messaging is back, plus a few other Jira issue fields

@mwmitchell Looks good. Can we make it so that it is optional to expand the titles?

If the config setting (showIssueDetails) is true, then users can elect to show issue details by appending a + to the number: FOO-111+
