Support Web API to allow for attachments #8

It would be nice to support the Web API so that attachments could be used. This would provide the capability to better format the output, to look more like the Slack JIRA integration, including color bars for status, and fields for outputting specific info.

Disregard. This is addressed in #4 by @ ivanblagdan. I wasn't aware that the Web API was already being used.
