I'd like to include guidance and prompts in the pairing messages that are sent.

For example, I'd like to include my teams' guidance to "Schedule a Huddle or Hangout this week that will work for this group."

Stretch: Provide replacements for things like @random-person that will cause s'mores to @ mention one an individual in the pairing. This would allow for the following message:

Schedule a Huddle or Hangout this week that will work for this group. @random-person, you have been chosen as the organizer for this pairing.

Another features that this opens up is including conversation starters/prompts. For example, Donut's Default Conversation Starters could be linked into the message.

At some point, conversation starters/prompts could be an entire feature itself.

Partially implemented this to include ice breakers and selecting random organizers. Will work at some point in future to allow more configuration per channel.
