Shift button is faulty on windows; Remains "pressed" after initial press #17

We have also noticed that occasionally shift can get "stuck" on, but were unable to reproduce it reliably. Thanks for the extra steps, however these don't seem to be triggering the bug for me.

I appear to have the same issue. Holding shift once (Say to select the @ symbol in a login field) renders the text field under the assumption that shift has not been released and is permanently depressed. Toggling caps lock can bring it out of this state.
