Add a new almost all metal undercarriage mod with purge bucket #24

The goal was to to create a all metal undercarriage mount inspired in the one created by @Ocho Camino, but using the default BOM extrusions e.g. 3x 130mm long for the 150mm2 version.

@danielfmo I have some inputs before we can merge.

  1. You might want to add code formatting for the macros in your readme, like this

  2. The Annex license is not compatible with GPL, so you would need to do the CAD for your purge bucket from scratch.
