Set individual point size/color for Scatter chart

I believe OFC provides the ability to define for each point a different
size and color.  This is greatly beneficial, as it creates 4 dimensions for
the chart, rather than simply two (X,Y).  Shouldn't be too hard to add, but
probably requires changing the API, as you would no longer be only passing
in an X and Y position, but also an optional style setting.

I don't know if OFC allows the individual setting of tooltips per point on
the scatter chart, but that would be really beneficial as well.
