"Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0" switch won't stay ON in api explorer #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/ 
2. go into Google Play Developer API v2
3. click on the switch to authorize requests using OAuth
4. validate pop up
5. Switch is ON
6. reload the page
7. switch is OFF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected an ON switch but it stays OFF
