403 error blows up the outliner #9

Hey, I tried to randomly use your site on my github page that I was working on and saw it caused your page to blow up: https://gsnedders.html5.org/outliner/process.py?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.christianwilkie.com

I don't really know much about Python but it looks like it encountered a 403 error when trying to visit my site (maybe caused by CloudFlare?) and then the script died printing out its stack trace or whatever.

Anyway not sure if you are still working on this site or not just wanted to let you know.

Odd that it causes a 403 error. Also should handle it better.

(I'm vaguely working on it; maintenance tends to be sporadic with a lot happening in a few days then nothing for a year. I'm more than happy if someone wishes to take it over and more actively maintain it.)
