Issue #1070

Summary

As part of our redesign some tweaks to Orbit needs to be made, this PR contains the first building blocks toward the redesign.

What I did

• Added a new box shadow token. accent
• Reworked the radii token scale xs, sm, md, lg rounded is no more and has been replaced by sm
• Overlay color has been reworked to match the redesign.
• Added a new token for use on apps body.
• Renamed bg alias default to surface.
• Reworked the Tile checkmark position.
