Added python format to the file dialogues #2

Pretty simple change, simply adds adds a "Python OpenSCAD Designs" option with the *.py) extension for file prompts. This still needs a bit of cleanup before merging!

Ah, i made a few commits to this branch (the bit of cleanup i mentioned in my original post), mostly making the file picker use the right extension based on the selected filter.

Since it's on the same branch, it would be quite a pain to try and move it to the regular python branch, do you mind if i do another PR to python-pr3 to add these?
