Which command did you run exactly, to obtain this?
What's your GBE_ENVIRONMENT
value when running this?
You can debug this with a gbe ssh
on the environment VM. When connected to it, switching to root with sudo -i
and then verifying Monit processes states with monit summary
.
actually, i am following the instructions of local laptop install here
I follow close and I am running gbe up
sorry for the confusion... I am currently rerunning again on a bare metal machine and will try the ssh. will let you know the progress
Cool... love gbe ssh
It still fails at the same place but it seems the VM is running.
Here is what I got:
bosh/0:~$ sudo -i
bosh/0:~# monit summary
The Monit daemon 5.2.5 uptime: 7m
Process 'nats' running
Process 'postgres' running
Process 'blobstore_nginx' running
Process 'director' running
Process 'worker_1' running
Process 'worker_2' running
Process 'worker_3' running
Process 'worker_4' running
Process 'director_scheduler' running
Process 'director_sync_dns' running
Process 'director_nginx' running
Process 'health_monitor' running
Process 'garden' running
Process 'warden_cpi' running
Process 'uaa' running
Process 'credhub' not monitored
System 'system_localhost' running
bosh/0:~#
I tried to run the gbe converge all
to try my luck.. but fails as well. Nevertheless, it seems like the VM is running... all services is up but not sure if credhub is down. Anyway help will be great.
Currently, I am spinning up baremetal in packet.com and treat it as my local machine for initial test. My usecase is to use this to create cheap CF for development in AWS eventually, if it works
What's your
GBE_ENVIRONMENT
value when running this?
Forgot to answer this... since I am following the local install instructions, I am using GBE_ENVIRONMENT=ddbox-env
@bgandon Is there any update on this?
I follow this guideline and it fails with this error.
