Emphasize the major advantages of using Oracle 12c ASM Flex Clusters with LXC Containers #49

Oracle 12c is the "container-friendly" release of Oracle 12c. Study how pluggable databases would be used in a container environment. The major advantages are:

  1. GNS used with DHCP/DNS eliminates headaches about assigning VIPs and SCANs
  2. ASM Flex Cluster puts less resource drain on system because it runs fewer ASM instances
