File upload support via multer

Please, consider using this feature enhancement, regarding file upload support in apimocker. A brief list of what is included:

• Global location for all uploads;
• Semi-configurable naming;
• Added 2 tests for single and multi-file uploads;
• Package(s) version update (non breaking);
• Minor tweaks here & there.
