Intercept #24

Changing the default intercept in arx to TRUE to be in line with the default in isat

After running the test, I think everything works as intended now. However, this has taken me more commits than I would have wanted, so this is not very easy to see.

I'm therefore closing this Pull Request, deleting the branch and will then open a new branch and pull request to make everything cleaner. The actual changes are identical.
