It is documented in the User Guide.

One example, from section 5.1 add command: image.png

Severity has been downgraded as readers missing out important details while reading the User Guide may point to a layout issue, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the main usage of the guide

Reason for disagreement: It is missing in the help tab and definitely is not just a cosmetic flaw. It affects the functionality of your application on whether the user is able to enter in savings as dollars or percentages. Without it being in the help tab, users are unable to know whether they are able to include in the dollars.
