Medication Text element #29

In Medication resource, "text" element has error message in it. Need a fix. We need to either put reasonable text or remove the "text" if we have nothing to put.

Tracking the error, the cause was localized and it is recognized to be a bug on hapi-fhir-base: https://github.com/jamesagnew/hapi-fhir/issues/141

Testing on http://fhirtest.uhn.ca it is possible find the same problem for Narratives.
