Investigate a Better Time Picker

Description

Our current time picker for Custom Blocks isn't the most intuitive. Let's try to find ways to improve it!

A few options I've found:

Time Picker From Google Forms

• Hour and minute are separate fields
• Dropdown for AM and PM
• More intuitive than current picker

Material Design Popup

• This is normally used for mobile, but could also be applied for web?
• Very intuitive, however using popups would worsen the UX

Custom Time Picker

• Dropdown is still the ugly default HTML one
• More intuitive than current picker

BaseUI Time Picker

• Dropdown looks nice, however you have to scroll through a lot of times to find the one you want

I like the first one the most. The fourth one is also okay but I think we should let the users have the option to type in the time since it's quicker.

I agree. The first one would work best for our needs.
