Compare Panel UI changes

[x] Panel Visual Hierarchy Changes (Make sure everything looks as close to figma as possible)
[x] Seperating Section Combination Options and Share Schedule
[x] Panel doesn't scroll (look into overflow-y)
[x] When editing a name, clicking out of the input box should save the name
[x] Users should be sorted by ascending order alphabetically on the right panel
