I am trying to install daccord as following:
I download the latest release version and unzip. within the parent folder:
autoreconf -i -f
then I get this error:
./configure
./configure: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token (' ./configure: line 1:m4trace:configure.ac:1: -1- AC_INIT([daccord], [0.0.14], [tischler@mpi-cbg.de], [daccord], [http://www.mpi-cbg.de])'
libmaus is installed via conda here
~/opt/miniconda3/envs/strainline/lib/
