Name of effect Spawn wind turbine

Duration if timed effect (long or short timed?) instant

Effect Description Spawns a wind turbine. Unlike the Ferris wheel or other spawns, this can really mess you up as these things are spinning, so if you get hit, you get yeeted...

There is no way the wind turbines arent part of the map. If this indeed is possible, then i would suggest it replced spawn ferris wheel.

They aren't part of the map, do you know how many modders make vehicles out of those turbines?
