Effect Description 5 in 1 Probability of Oppressor Mk2 Griefers spawning, 2 in 1 chance of random dlc car spawning, console experience, traffic magnet, Random traffic, 25 in 1 chance of fake crash happening on middle of the effect

This effect might cause crashes due to too much stuff happening at once

I don't think having multiple effects combined into one would be a very good idea.

this sounds a bit intense, and partly already exists with "combo time"
